The Bloody Mariko is a delicate (but punchy) blend of Japanese flavours and traditional Bloody Mary ingredients. Tomato juice, vodka, and fresh lemon juice are blended with wasabi, pickled ginger, white miso, and soy. These combine to give a unique, light, citrusy, spicy, and umami-rich flavour profile.

Bloody Great!

I’m a big fan of the standard Bloody Mary as are all family and friends that have tried them. The Mariko is a subtle twist on the standard and now a favourite of mine. I recommend you give it a try!
