Refunds and replacements can only be issued if:

• The goods are unopened and unused
• The goods were purchased directly through www.bloodydrinks.co.uk
• The goods are returned within a 30 day period from receipt

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are also required to pay associated shipping fees when returning an order, and are responsible for ensuring the goods arrive safely. 

If our products arrived damaged in any way, please email hello@bloodydrinks.co.uk and we will be happy to send a free replacement regardless of their expiration date.
