BLOODY X OJO DE DIOS MEZCAL
Our Mexican twist on a Bloody Mary using Ojo de Dios’ artisanal Joven Mezcal made from 100% Espadín agave grown in the mountains of Oaxaca.
This is a smoky take on our favourite cocktail. It‘s perfectly blended with Mezcal as the base spirit and rich tomato juice, a splash of fresh lime juice, Henderson’s Relish, and our own jalapeño-infused pickle juice.
It’s big and bold with a gloriously satisfying kick.
Suggested Garnish: Fresh lime and Tajin salt around the rim
